- Provides a little extra assistance to maintain independence. Services are available short- or long-term to those with limited resources and options. Service include help grocery shopping, assisted transportation, business assitance, handyperson, friendly vistors and phone pals.

Dementia Friends Memory Cafe

- As part of Dementia Friendly Surprise, the Memory Café provides a social and resource place for people living with memory loss and their care partners. The group gathers for coffee and socialization. Caregivers participate in an education and support session while people with memory loss actively participate in a life enrichment group. In person and virtual meeting each month.
