    • Provides resource based assistance for older adults, caregivers and the community at large.  The highly trained Resource Coordinators manage an extensive database of senior-oriented support services, products and providers throughout Arizona.

    • Provides a little extra assistance to maintain independence. Services are available short- or long-term to those with limited resources and options. Service include help grocery shopping, assisted transportation, business assitance, handyperson, friendly vistors and phone pals.

    • Provides programs, outpatient clinical care services, support and research opportunities on neuro-degenerative illnesses this includes the Brain Health Check-in that provides free memory and thinking screenings to detect concerns for potential early cognitive impairment.     Dementia Friends Memory Cafe

    • As part of Dementia Friendly Surprise, the Memory Café provides a social and resource place for people living with memory loss and their care partners. The group gathers for coffee and socialization. Caregivers participate in an education and support session while people with memory loss actively participate in a life enrichment group. In person and virtual meeting each month.
